Things that Don't Suck
To Do Lists. Maybe this seems like a paradox (because it means there are enough tasks to juggle that a list is required to manage them all) but trust me--it's a very good thing right now. While I started writing mine Sunday, Fella questioned whether or not he was wasting my time just spending Sunday like we normally do. Lesson learned by him: time needed to plan our wedding is just as precious as time needed to work on his thesis.
Costco. I took a short drive down the road to the Costco nearest my office on lunch yesterday. I bought a plethora of vitamins that I've been shopping around for lately; I was surprised to find most of them there. However, I'm a little scared to take the fish-oil supplement from things I've read about it.
Not to mention, cheaper gas. At Costco. Not from Omega-3's.
And who could forget: lunch for a dollar-fifty!!!
(I think Father Zest bought the battery for Caddy at our hometown Costco on Sunday, too!)
My Bridal Party. They just RAWK! And I love them.
GNO. The drinks: GOOD. The food: GREAT. The company: OUTSTANDING!! Even if the parking was bad and the service was worse (with the exception of the bartender...and not accounting for the botched wine flight order, which really benefitted us in the end anyway). A Friday night can't get any better than one spent with friends and where you're reminded that we still got it!
My favorite quote of the night: "You guys are hot!" -Little guy whose mission seemed to try to hit on each and every one of us by night's end. His only success: talking guitars with our friend's husband!
Craigslist. Fella found a listing for a pretty sweet vehicle last week. It's not at all like what I've been shopping around for thus far. And it is, of course, not new. But after some careful consideration, it is just a really practical move to make. And as long as the car's still available by then, we're going to take a drive to take a look-see at it on Saturday. But regardless of how that endeavor turns out, a new set of wheel are imminent.

I love Costco pizza...and hot dogs...and churros...and hand-dipped ice cream. Ugh, no wonder I'm on WW.
Wow, sadly, it took me a little bit there to realize what GNO stood for. Sounds like you had a GREAT weekend though! Hooray!
